I am a Private Investigator and use this case for my cameras. I keep three cameras and two lenses in the case along with a couple of other electronic devices as well. Aside from the exterior wear and tear from bouncing around in the back seat of my truck, the case has held up well and I have never experienced any problems with broken or damaged equipment. My wife and kids noticed the roughed up exterior and thought it would be a good gift idea to replace it. They offered to buy me one of those fancy plastic cases but I politely refused. This case has lasted ten years, and although it doesn't really need to be replaced, they were excited to find a gift that I use everyday. I told them if they really feel the need to replace it, I'll take another one of the same, please. It's been tested.
