- Request a return authorization by filling out a request from the return section of ihip.com, within 30 days of receipt of item.
- Item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- Refund will be issued for the purchase price only. All shipping expenses are the customer’s responsibility.
- Any product returned to us, without following the above steps, will not be processed and a refund will not be issued, and the package will be refused at our return center.
Defective Exchange Policy
- Item must be registered on iHip.com under Product Registration.
- Be sure the item is under the warranty period as noted on the item package or on the item listing from iHip.com.
- If item is defective and it is within the warranty period, please request an exchange authorization by filling out the proper request form under the Process Warranty Claim section of iHip.com.
- Do not ship your item to our return center without an authorization.
- Item must be returned with all accessories.
- Upon inspection of the defective product, if it is determined by us, the product is defective, we will process an exchange for the same product.
- If the same item is not available, we will replace with a similar item of comparable value. No refunds will be issued for defective product for any reason.
- Any product returned to us without following the above policies, will not be processed and no exchange will be issued, and the package will be refused at our return center.
