Shipping Policy

Expedited orders (1-3 day shipping) completed before 1pm (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed same day. Orders completed after 1pm (EST) Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day.

Regular (Ground shipping) will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Note: Order delivery times reflect the transit time from shipping and not order processing times. Shipping times are based on the carrier and shipping method you choose at checkout.

Orders may be delayed due to high order volume and holidays.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at 12 - 48 hours, depending on your selected shipping method, for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order, please contact us at support@ihip.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, please select USPS only.
