Note: To start a warranty claim, be sure to fill out the proper form below. Before iHip can issue a replacement item, it may be necessary to return the defective item for a quality inspection. Do not send your item back to us unless it is required by our customer service team. We will not be responsible for items sent without authorization.

Retail Purchase Warranty Claim
For warranty claims for products purchased at an ihip retailer, we require Proof of Purchase, an image of the product or receipt.
